After back surgery about 8 months ago, my doctor recommended an excellent physical therapist. On my first visit he did a physical exam and was shocked at how tight my lower back muscles were. The only "therapy" he gave during this visit was the application of a large scraper to my back. At first I thought he was pulling out some kind of torture device, but wow, instant relief. I saw him for about three more months and fell in love with the "torture." After ordering this set I watched some instructional videos online and was able to use the large tool on my back and one of the small tools on my legs. I felt great. I will make an appointment with my therapist and my wife will accompany him to show her how to properly use the tools. She can make my back much lighter than me. It would be nice to get instant relief without having to go to a therapist. Highly recommended and make sure you at least have an idea of what you are doing. It is quite possible to cause damage if done wrong.
