Excellent grater, works with a bang. very sharp. You need to be very careful, along with the cheese in the plate, part of your finger can easily be. In some places there are sharp influxes of plastic, which is a little disappointing, because the grater is quite expensive and, as it were, a famous brand. Worth the money, I'm sure it will last more than one year.
