GICASA's Subpar Quality and Service to Customers

As a debater, I find GICASA's online store to be a major letdown. The company advertises high-quality tools, home renovation products, bathroom and kitchen fittings, and more, however this is not the case. First of all, GICASA has mediocre at best customer service. When consumers have problems with their purchases, the company's customer service department is unresponsive and unhelpful, forcing them to figure out a solution on their own. Customers who have spent their hard-earned money on GICASA's products deserve better treatment than this abysmal level of service and communication. Second, there is serious worry about the quality of GICASA's products. The item I received was defective and not what was described. This demonstrates carelessness and a lack of concern for the customer's experience. However, GICASA does not always deliver on the quality and functionality that its customers anticipate. As a whole, I cannot endorse GICASA because of its subpar quality control and customer service. Don't bother browsing here for dependable home improvement equipment and furnishings. You should not invest in GICASA.
