I love the fan so far.
While everything is working fine I cool my laptop, only time will tell if the legs hold up. I really don't think they are strong enough. I give 4 stars because of the legs and the packaging. I know your people are better at packing people's orders than they are. 1900 rpm fans are not too loud. At 2900rpm there is noise, but not enough to bother me. Significantly quieter than the previous fan.
