Good price. Compared to much more expensive earbuds - this one is great. The fit isn't quite PERFECT, but it's snug enough if you need to fold the seats down to, say, move a 55-gallon drum in the back of your Ford Escape. But if you raise the seat, you can carry your dog, groceries, or whatever lay it on the back of this liner and you don't have to worry about spills or staining the carpet, even if it's a broken gallon of milk. The back protrudes a little more and the side is a little shorter but both are about 1/4" - it's no more I think the product is worth it The lip on the edge is flexible and about 1.5" tall inch I did not notice the movement of the liner during movement.
