This fixed cable is a very practical accessory for your battery tender. The charger can be connected quickly and easily if the battery poles are not available or if you want to quickly switch from one bike to another. It's easy to install in a position where you don't have to remove the seat to connect the charger. I have these extensions installed on all three of my bikes and I rotate the charger between them. It's easy to install, just unscrew the battery terminal screws and put this extension back in place. The cable is long enough to run through the frame and body, allowing for a variety of attachment points. Or you leave the cable under the seat and pull it out to connect. The secure, one-way connector makes work easier, and not having to attach the battery retaining clips every time is a real convenience if you use yours frequently.
