Strong but not durable

I've been wearing this case for a month and everything was fine until I had to remove the case to replace the SIM card. Please note that this was the only time I've uninstalled it since installing it. Immediately noticed deep scars on the phone! I checked the case and saw that the top and bottom springs had popped out! It's strong, but the spring for the front case isn't strong.
