On the second day of use and no matter how many times I try, Cove won't connect to the app. It shows it's connected to my Bluetooth connections, but it can't be used until the app recognizes it, which seems impossible. Very frustrating. Update: I reinstalled the app and it helped some. The device appears to be working fine, but the app is buggy and often unresponsive or stuck on the screen. The device itself is quite comfortable to wear and I haven't noticed any difference in how I'm feeling, but spending 40 minutes a day with a little vibration on my head, which I hope will help with sleep and anxiety, isn't a problem. bad. Update: You can also use Cove without the app! Your customer service is fantastic and I feel so much better knowing that a device that has been working great so far is independent of the app. If I notice any positive changes in usage, I will continue to update this review.
