You just need the right charger in addition

Based on previous reviews I was very concerned about purchasing this item. My iPad Pro arrived on time, properly packaged and looks brand new. I'm writing this review about it right now and even used it all week at school with no problems. The only thing to note is that it doesn't come with the correct charger, but I ordered it for $10 and it arrived the next day. If your iPad won't turn on, the battery is probably low. If it doesn't charge, you need to buy an iPad charger. It was a steal for the price and I couldn't be happier.
