I like that the watch has everything you need - tools to adjust the strap, extra batteries. The watch is also nice and has a day and date which is a big plus for me. While I agree that it takes a few steps to adjust the strap, I think it's still doable. But I agree that not everyone is that comfortable, but I think a one star rating for the inability to adjust the strap is overkill. There are many videos on YouTube that explain how to adjust the straps. I guess it would help the seller to provide a video in the descriptions of how to determine how many links to remove (I had trouble understanding this which resulted in too many steps) and step by step how to do it set up. If available, I give 5 stars for this product. Instructions are included with the box, but the font is too small and difficult to read, especially for older people. Additionally, attempting to build a watch made up of even extremely small parts makes the process even more terrifying. Instructions can be slightly larger and, where possible, with diagrams. All in all I recommend this product.
