I like how easy it is to use and navigate through as well as all of the different options available for appointments. It can be difficult at times to find an appointment time when you need one quickly or are having difficulty finding information about your condition/symptoms online. Sometimes there's not enough space between sections so if you're scrolling down and click back up too far, you may end up going to another section instead of returning where you were. We've been able to see our doctor more often than we used to with this service. The ability to have access to my health records from home has also helped me feel better equipped to help myself by knowing what tests have already been done.
