I ordered this to replace a broken dock while we were waiting for Nintendo to fix it. The delivery time wasn't too bad considering it came from overseas. The description does not say that only a plastic case is included. It doesn't say that you have to disassemble your current Switch dock and disassemble parts of it and then use those parts to install it into the actual plastic case that comes with it.
