I like that you can easily customize your campaigns with different messages and the best part is that its very simple to use as well. You don't need any technical skills to create an awesome marketing campaign for your website or app. The only downside is that sometimes the notifications are not received by the users. Make sure to test everything before publishing your first notification! We have been able to optimize our social media management process using PushPrime. Our team has been able to manage our social accounts from one dashboard. The customer support is excellent! They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns that I have -- even if they're not directly related to my account management needs. It's also very simple for me as an admin because everything happens through their platform (which has great analytics). There isn't much about this tool itself - but what we've seen so far seems pretty good. We use pushprime mostly when sending out messages via our website/app alerts.
