You get what you pay for. I don't think you can get a better chair for the price. I may have to drill my own holes for the height adjustment pin. I have it in the highest position and the front wheels are still too crooked to be of any use. They don't roll at all, they just scrape the floor. So annoying. The seat itself is fine. I wonder how the pillow will perform over time. If I decide to upgrade I will find a saddle shape. The knee pad is the same. My shins hurt after a while. I'm updating my previous rating and deducting a star. After just a few weeks I found that sitting this high in the seat was most comfortable, but unfortunately there is no padding at that top edge and I feel the seat frame is stiff. I'm still sitting up straight without dislocating, but my sit bones don't feel very good.
