Absolutely fantastic!

This is the second kneeling chair I've bought. I wish this was my first! The first one I bought (Sleekform) had a completely flat seat and very hard cushions. The ergonomic Edge lap chair is just perfect. The best I can say is to look carefully at the product photos before purchasing a lap chair. (Both seat and knee pads must be angled)

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Only available in black

Essential for back pain.

In general I like this chair. I wish there were more pillows for my butt. I'm 5ft and 160lbs, it's perfect for the lowest settings. I'm an apple shaped girl and not a big butt. I think someone with a softer pillow will like it more than me. Great for my fibromyalgia back pain and cervical degeneration. It helps my posture and even my carpal tunnel to fit the desk and keyboard better.

Suitable for office chairs

I bought this kneeling chair mainly because I have to sit all day and I wanted to change my way of sitting during the day and I thought it would be better for my lower abdomen as there is space between my back slices creates. The chair has very comfortable cushions and is adjustable in your lap to your height. I don't have bad knees so kneeling doesn't bother me but after about 3 hours I get tired from kneeling and then change my seat. My lower back feels less tight when I stand up and I feel…

Cheap screws and 30 seconds of fame!

Oooh the screws are cheap so screw on the right ones the first time or your screw! Not only do you have to do it neatly before tweaking it, which I did, but also have a second person check if they're correct, otherwise you might accidentally pick 1 wrong one after a near-perfect build 😖. 2. It really helps if you keep your posture as if you are standing, but after about 30 minutes I have circulatory problems in my legs which I thought would not happen. So. there aren't that many options for…

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for. I don't think you can get a better chair for the price. I may have to drill my own holes for the height adjustment pin. I have it in the highest position and the front wheels are still too crooked to be of any use. They don't roll at all, they just scrape the floor. So annoying. The seat itself is fine. I wonder how the pillow will perform over time. If I decide to upgrade I will find a saddle shape. The knee pad is the same. My shins hurt after a while. I'm updating…

  • Useful not only for its intended purpose

  • I don't remember

Great lap chair but wish I had a regular chair

This was my first lap chair. I have to say it holds my posture great for the first hour or two, but I'm a med student and sit at my desk most of the day, and it's not the most comfortable chair to have all day. First, the knee pads really bothered my lower legs initially. I often had to get up to take a break and stretch my legs. My shins have adjusted, but after a few hours I'm still uncomfortable and find myself fidgeting a lot to take the pressure off my shins. The second problem is that…

Damn good! the best chairs for the home office

I have tried this chair and the SleekForm ergonomic kneeling chair and found it better. Three main reasons: 1) This chair feels more stable than the SleekForm chair. It is made of rigid metal tubing rather than flexible plywood. The knee pad consists of one piece instead of two, which increases the feeling of stability. The second reason is the wheels on this chair. I'm used to rolling around in my home office and the SleekForm slide just didn't work. The wheels are typical office chair wheels…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Great remedy for chronic back pain!

The kneeling chair is just a godsend! I've had two lower back surgeries and now have chronic pain. Before my husband bought me this chair, I could only sit in my office for 1-2 hours at most - and it was excruciating. Now that I have a knee stool, I can sit at my desk for hours without thinking about my pain. It's very comfortable, durable, easy to get used to, and most importantly, it helps relieve my pain and increase the time I can work in my office! I highly recommend this chair. Jenny's…
