I bought this kneeling chair mainly because I have to sit all day and I wanted to change my way of sitting during the day and I thought it would be better for my lower abdomen as there is space between my back slices creates. The chair has very comfortable cushions and is adjustable in your lap to your height. I don't have bad knees so kneeling doesn't bother me but after about 3 hours I get tired from kneeling and then change my seat. My lower back feels less tight when I stand up and I feel like this one Seat provides some relief for those who have lower disc problems.
