Need more detailed instructions

Looked like a great little device for transferring pictures from phone to computer. But how does one do it? instructions sucks. Totally confusing how to use it, what to do, how to make it work. The illustrations look great, but don't help in practice. Maybe bring in a young expert, maybe it's worth it. Definitely not, it's not for me.
