The interface is very simple to use as it has been designed in such way that even new users can easily understand its working without any confusion or hassle of data entry errors.
It's one stop solution for all your business needs like CRM, ERP etc. I would say this software should be more user friendly with some additional features which will help businesses grow faster by providing them valuable insights from their customers' behaviour over time. We are solving our customer service issues through this tool.
