I upgraded it to a 5 star rating because after I posted my initial review regarding the issues I was having with the product, the seller immediately contacted me and sent a new dock and replacement. When attempting to replace the product it worked as described and is actually a fantastic product (the first must have been defective). Thanks for answering my concerns! It was outstanding service and a great product. It holds my iPhone and works as described. It doesn't hold my iPhone XS Max. Then it fell off the dashboard and wasn't sticking anymore. But everything else stuck to it, rendering it unusable. And I bought their branded cover kit to make sure it works and I still don't have a dash mount.
