SIMPLE AND POWERFUL: Gel suction cup easily mounts and removes from most dashboard surfaces (must be relatively flat) with no added adhesives or stickers, and can be reconditioned by cleaning with warm water and allowing to dry. UNIQUE DESIGN: Our custom mounting head provides maximum hold and allows for use with our unique smaller metal plates, which are designed to be used on the outside of your phone or case and will fit most phones without interfering with the camera, buttons, or Qi charging. 2 INCLUDED MOUNTING PLATE OPTIONS: Our unique micro metal plates have a much smaller footprint than other plates on the market, allowing placement on phones where it won't interfere with wireless charging. Alternatively, our larger plate can be used between the case and phone for those with thin cases, but may interfere with wireless charging depending on placement. NOTE: The included plates are unique and allow for a stronger hold than plates that come with most other magnetic mounts, so we cannot guarantee compatibility with 3rd party metal plates (although you may find they work OK). Adhesive on Micro Plates may not stick properly to rubber or TPU cases, or rubberized finishes. IDEAL WITH OUR M-SERIES CASES: For maximum performance use with our M-Series phone cases (sold separately) which have the metal plate built-in and are designed specifically for compatibility with the Magno 3.0 series mounts.

I hope you don't want to move it

I have had this mount on my dashboard since March 2019. I was going to use it on a long RV trip so I removed it from the dashboard in my car. It left quite a mark on my car's dashboard and it didn't stick to any surface in the RV. Now that I'm back from my trip I can't put this on my car's dashboard. :(The magnet is SUPER strong and works great through the case. As long as you never try to move this mount, this is a good choice, but if you think you'll want to move it, look elsewhere.

Won't be back: Accessories

I tried it on a whim. I'm tired of not having a CarPlay adapter or screen in my slightly older car. So I bought a phone case with magnets and a car dashboard adapter from these guys. It was easy to install, stays in place, and had enough ways to set it up so I could position my phone exactly where I wanted it. Now I'm completely used to having my phone floating in front of the dash where I can see it for navigation, but it's not in my hand, not in my line of sight, etc. Works great.

Sooo good with a Dockem phone case

Bought with a Dockem phone case. I've never really bothered with car mounts because my iPhone 8 Plus always seems very difficult to get in and out of the mount. This mount (with compatible case) solved my problem. Don't try to put your phone in the holder as the case has a built in plate that attaches VERY securely to the magnetic pad. You just stick it in and it talks. The suction cup on the windshield is very tight. What's amazing about it is that it's just as durable if you remove it and…

Magnetic mount that really works

The perfect magnetic mount for the dashboard, fits perfectly with the dockem case. I've been using this mount for a long time and I'm very happy with it. The design is comfortable to use and ergonomic. The suction of the dashboard is strong and the strength of the magnet is just right where I can easily install/remove the phone, but it has never fallen out of the holder during use and I don't think there's any risk of this happening. Amazing customer service but make sure your dash is flat

I ordered a dash phone mount from Dockem to combine with a phone case I have previously bought from this supplier. The mount worked fine on my dashboard for about a month, after which it stopped sticking to the surface. I noticed too late that my dashboard has a slight crease that prevents it from being flat enough to properly accommodate the phone mount.
