I ordered a dash phone mount from Dockem to combine with a phone case I have previously bought from this supplier. The mount worked fine on my dashboard for about a month, after which it stopped sticking to the surface. I noticed too late that my dashboard has a slight crease that prevents it from being flat enough to properly accommodate the phone mount. I asked customer service how to fix the problem and they responded immediately. When I didn't respond after the support team sent me setup tips, they contacted me again to make sure I got their first email. I replied that I am waiting to see if the phone mount stays attached to the dash after trying the install again with their suggestions. I mentioned that the bracket still didn't stay attached to the dash after the reinstall. Dockem offered to replace the device with a vent-mounted bracket for free. I accepted the offer and they shipped it immediately, I received it 4 days later. I am delighted with this company and the customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
