In the world of paint and sealants there are THOUSANDS of great tools and gadgets that will improve your life. some work IT WORKS OUT. Have used these sealant end caps for several years. how good are they 1. More than once a tube that has been sealed for at least ONE YEAR has remained fully usable after opening. (Caulk caps pay off, of course.) 2. The yellow silicone cap always closes tightly and is easy to remove. It might have needed a little twisting after a few months of not using it. The father-in-law admired him. (He has a good taste for tools that can get things done.) To pull them out, press down firmly on the protruding end as you pull it out of the tube. They can be destroyed. If you manage to separate the yellow silicone sleeve from the white nylon "nail", you can reconnect them by snapping them together. Of course, be more careful next time. Or simply buy more for less than $2. My first caulk caps came from my local home shop for orange big boxes but they stopped stocking them. I was glad to find her on Revain. This is a must have in my color closet. Five stars, easy.
