I bought a pair for parkour at the gym but ended up using them for outdoor training as well. After about a year they were almost ruined, the orange peel floor was completely slick making ice and even rainy days a slippery nightmare. I love her. I didn't expect to get a year's use of them for $20. I've since bought two more pairs. They are cheap and I will continue to buy them. The outsole is surprisingly soft, extremely flexible and also offers good traction on many surfaces. The lacing is fine and offers a nice fit on both feet. So here are people with odd feet: one of my big toes is longer than the other, and the cuneiforms in my feet protrude a bit, making all other shoes uncomfortable for hours. The canvas offers a snug fit and a comfortable fit for your feet. Size: Measure your foot. Really both feet, then convert to cm or mm, then find a size chart somewhere on google. For example, my foot size is about 10.5 inches, so about 270 mm, so according to the table I have a clothing size of 44 euros, so usually a US size of 9.5. (My first pair actually said 270mm in the shoe.) Perfect fit. Parkour: They will teach you how to brush up on your landing technique very quickly. Runners: I do not recommend running long distances on concrete/pavement in these running shoes. Keep your feet, especially your heels, low off the ground when walking in them. Other: THESE ARE FLAT SHOES, MINIMALIST SHOES. IF YOUR BACK OR KNEE BEGINS PAIN, STRENGTHEN YOUR BODY AND PLEASE GET CUSTOM INSOLES.
