I like that it's easy to use, has great templates, and can be customized to fit your needs perfectly! The customer service is excellent as well - they are always willing to help you out with any questions or issues you may have. In my experience so far, nothing really stands out about this product. It works just fine in terms of its ease-of-use and functionality. If I had one complaint, it would be that there isn't more variety when it comes to ad copywriting. There aren't many options available for different types of ads (ie, display vs video). This could make some campaigns difficult if not impossible to produce. We didn't realize how much we needed to customize our account until after setting up everything. They do offer training courses but these can be very expensive. A good option if you want to try.
