This cable might be good for connecting a printer, but not for connecting my PC to an external DAC. Pure digital sources were full of clicks and pops that sounded almost like LP hiss and I was willing to blame the new DAC until I read another review here from someone else who had similar audio issues with this cable. I bought a different brand of cable and the noise is gone. Do you need a cable like this and expect quiet sound? Buy another brand.
