The product is not even as advertised/pictured!
Bought the product twice (black and brown in the listing and in the photo) and received the wrong color both times (brown and grey). The customer service provided by the manufacturer was not helpful either via chat or phone; Each hands a dollar. Note that the manufacturer does not even make the gate in brown/black as advertised/pictured, only brown/grey or brown/brown. Thank you Revane for wasting my valuable time. As a thank you, I'll continue to use my free two-day shipping until I feel like my continued return shipping has cost you more (over and over) than I've paid you over the years.
