NOT a side sleeper pillow

This pillow loses its shape and remains fairly flat after use. When I sleep on my side I need a pillow that will better support my neck and take pressure off my shoulders while sleeping on my side. This pillow does none of that. I'm very disappointed because it wasn't cheap. Sending back too late, thrown away. This is DEFINITELY not a side sleeper pillow and the label is misleading.
