Charges fully on my review.

I have a set of 8 rechargeable batteries for the various tv remotes and the temperature monitor in our RV.
My old charger had begun to take 8 hours or more to recharge 4 batteries at once.I thought maybe the batteries were getting old, but this unit charged them in just 3 hours. So it's definitely working better than the old one and my batteries are still functional.
