Are these filters the real deal?
When I first used these filters (for a cup of coffee) the stitching came undone almost immediately. Instead of a large cup of coffee, I got a brewery full of coffee grounds. To see if this could be an accident, I tried brewing a second (and third) cup of coffee with a fresh filter each time. The result was exactly the same (each filter wide open). I love Melitta filters and am very disappointed in the quality of these products. Melitta is generally great and has never experienced that with Melitta products in the past. Are these really original Melitta filters?
