I would love to give five stars but there is definitely room for improvement. I received it last night and I used it this morning. It comes with everything shown in the picture plus another bag of wax beads (not pictured) and some tongue depressor sized chopsticks. It's very easy to use. However, you will need to play with the temperature control a bit to get the right consistency. It took just over 15 minutes to melt the beads (not tested for reuse). The smell of the wax is quite strong and it would be nice if it was unscented. It doesn't come with "collars" on top and I'd rather have them as chopsticks. I cut a hole in the middle of a paper plate and placed it on top of the device to catch the mess. As you can see from the picture, the bottom of the device is made entirely of plastic and does not slide on the surface. I glued the rubber feet to the plastic feet and it works fine. Access must be verified. Overall I'm very happy with this device for the price.
