I would love to give five stars but there is definitely room for improvement. I received it last night and I used it this morning. This product is definitely not working as expected. I heated and melted the wax, but as soon as you reduce the temperature, it immediately becomes cold and hard. You can't keep it warm long enough to put it on, so you basically have to keep it on high heat all the time. I tried to put it on before it got stiff but it hurt because it was so hot. When I managed to get them onto the hair on my arms and it was time to pull them off, no hair was removed at all. Don't waste your time or money.

This is a very good product. I will say that peeling the wax off yourself is probably not the smartest thing to do unless you can't take it. I personally can't do that in some areas of my body. The item arrived very quickly. I bought it spontaneously and immediately used my husband as a guinea pig. The setup instructions were unclear and there were no instructions for the app, but that's pretty common sense. This wax warmer was recently ordered and delivered quickly. Recently opened, and there are many wax pearls. Using this wax heater is very simple. Simply melt the wax and apply to the area to be waxed. So far we've used this to wax the eyebrows. We used the highest temperature to melt the wax and it was hot when applied to the skin but it didn't sting the skin at all. This wax pulled out all the hair as promised and we are very happy with this wax warmer.
