The item arrived very quickly. I bought it spontaneously and immediately used my husband as a guinea pig. The setup instructions were unclear and there were no instructions for the app, but that's pretty common sense. It takes a bit of practice to set the right temperature and figure out how thick/thin to apply the wax. You can't apply large swatches as shown in some demo videos, but it works. I've only tried black wax - can't wait to try the others! It smells a little, but not so strong that you don't notice it. Overall I was pleased with how well it worked.
