Review on Mockins Waterproof Abrasion Resistant Cu Ft Capacity Exterior Accessories by Kevin Henry

A hard top bag if you have a roof rack. The instructions are so-so.

We found this roof rack to be totally waterproof and well made. However, the images and instructions provided probably do not offer the best way to attach the bag to the vehicle. To start we bought an extra anti-slip mat which should probably be included in the kit. We then attach the "Mockins" logo to the front of the car using the zip hole on the back. That way, the extreme wind force of a moving car won't push against the lightning. The zippers must be properly closed and the vinyl flaps must be fastened over the zipper. We then also used two "X" straps on the pockets, which I don't think is shown in the instructions. It made the bag really reliable. We used 2 extra straps that crossed each other for a total of 4 straps (all included). We were in an SUV with a roof rack, I don't think the straps would be enough if you had to thread them through the car but I'm not sure. We had rain and everything stayed dry inside. Happy with the purchase.
