The remote control failed after about a week. Hence 1 star. I'm sensible, so I'll consider updating my score if I can get a replacement remote. After contacting the seller with questions I was told to contact the customer service department. Of course, there is no after-sales service department. I really regret buying this junk. I really regret contacting the seller. Save time and nerves, find another seller. Let's get it back. Update The seller said they would send a replacement within 10-20 days, if I actually receive this and it works I will change my rating. I understand that something can go wrong during the production process. Update 06/12/2021, The seller has still not shipped my remote control. . I will have to replace the item with another seller. So I gave this 3 stars instead of 1. I don't want to belittle the seller, I know problems happen. It took a while to get my remote but it arrived and I'm grateful for that. If this remote holds up I'll consider upgrading to 4 stars. the time will show.
