The best part of this software was it's ability for me as an employee, to be able to have my own personal phone line so I could answer calls without disturbing other employees in our office during their day hours or when they were working from home. It had its flaws too because sometimes there would be times where I couldn't hear what someone said through the callers sound quality but then again if it didn't work out maybe we wouldn't even use teleforum anymore! But overall it worked well enough for us at least until something else came along more suited to our needs.
