The ease of using it as well makes things easier for me, plus I can chat whenever! I love how easy it was for me as an employee of my business, or even just myself in general when using this software! It's very intuitive so there are no problems at all while working within its system. The customer service has been great too - they're always willing to help if needed. The best part of this software was it's ability for me as an employee, to be able to have my own personal phone line so I could answer calls without disturbing other employees in our office during their day hours or when they were working from home. It had its flaws too because sometimes there would be times where I couldn't hear what someone said through the callers sound quality but then again if it didn't work out maybe we wouldn't even use teleforum anymore!
