I love how easy it was for me as an employee of my business, or even just myself in general when using this software! It's very intuitive so there are no problems at all while working within its system. The customer service has been great too - they're always willing to help if needed. Nothing really comes across negatively about their product but maybe more features would be nice? Maybe better integration into other systems like Outlook/Outlook 365 (Office365). We use this app primarily during our work hours from 8AM until 5PM Central Standard Time daily which makes scheduling meetings easier than ever before because we can see who else will have availability throughout each day.
