Poliphone product is a software that gives you a quick and easy solution to manage your campaign volunteers from anywhere at any time. The system can be operated from any mobile device. Any of the volunteers has access to it. The campaign manager can send one message to thousands of volunteers at the same time.

Great way to contact and keep organized

I like how it's very user friendly, so even if someone has no knowledge of computers they can still use this program for their campaigns! The only thing i dislike about poliphephone is when there are too many people using one computer/device sometimes its hard getting in touch with another person who needs help during an event or meeting etc -.- but other than thats all good!! Use them guys. You wont regret it. ! This helps me organize my events easier because now we dont have as much paper…

Easy Way To Make Sure Your Volunteers Appear

The ease of use is great. It's the best. The fact that you can have multiple volunteers on one campaign and have them all synced up. I wish you could do a better job of adding dates. I have to type in the date I would like to have the volunteer show up in the future. This is a great program. I have no complaints. It does what I need it to do. It's simple to use and easy to set up. I've been able to use it to make sure volunteers show up at the right time. It's helped me keep track of who has…

Easy access of volunteer data, ability for multiple groups within one organization (i am president - so I need all our info). Ability add/edit contact information in bulk! Not much but some minor things like it would be nice if we could make changes without re-uploading everything everytime there was an update or delete something with no warning etcetc..
