Easy access of volunteer data, ability for multiple groups within one organization (i am president - so I need all our info).
Ability add/edit contact information in bulk! Not much but some minor things like it would be nice if we could make changes without re-uploading everything everytime there was an update or delete something with no warning etcetc.. Also not really anything specific about this program other than its ok overall however i don't think my issues have been addressed as they state their priority list has changed over years since inception which makes me wonder what else may come up after 5+years? Tracking and managing contacts throughtout different events throughout year using single database so when someone's missing due date gets pushed back agains them everyone notices immediately instead of weeks later.
