Written instructions really suck. Bad English grammar + bad instructions + no indication of what each instrument is called. The video is much clearer. By the way, to cut a hole in two layers of fabric shower curtain, you need to hit it pretty hard with a cutting tool to cut through it. Luckily I had something to protect the countertop from underneath, otherwise I would have been very annoyed. Once I got the hang of it and hit the instrument harder than I ever did in the video, I attached the grommets to the shower curtains and it worked great. They should last a long time.
