Great product; good response times but could improve communications

I like how easy it is for us to navigate their website when looking at billing statements or other reports. The system is very stable and doesn't have any issues with crashing often in the past year we've been using them. It was always hard to get information from their previous software - Intalere used to be one of my favorite systems because they were great about providing training prior to implementation. Our main issue has been working through some billing questions with customer service. They are also not able to provide support after hours and weekends which makes dealing with many problems difficult over long periods of time. Also, there isn't much documentation available online regarding changes made during upgrades (which can lead to errors). We're solving accounting/budgeting challenges within the organization by having a centralized place where all financial data resides. This helps ensure accurate reporting across multiple departments, including finance and human resources. Good platform for easy access to the right people when you need them. Very helpful internal team members who are always ready to help with any question or concern. Can be difficult to get in touch with someone outside of your own department. Need more communication tools between departments. We have been using this service for over 2 years now and have not had any issues. It is great to be able to reach out to multiple people within the organization at once without having to wait on hold for hours.
