if you really need a quad temp sensor and can only save $10 to make it work. It won't be accurate as it doesn't have proper cold junction compensation. You must wait for the device temperature to stabilize to the ambient temperature before using it. Ambient temperature changes will reset them by a few degrees. The min/max function doesn't work either, some numbers seem to be displayed in Kelvin instead of Fahrenheit, works correctly in Celsius. Average doesn't work either. Sensors are cheap, but they can be replaced with better ones. For $10 it's ok. I could give 3 stars if Min/Max worked properly.
