I have several Dewalt sanding pads and they are more than good. I like the skirt around the disc because it helps collect dust, but you really need to hook up any grinders to a vacuum for better dust removal. The canister collects dust, but a lot of dust escapes when the grinder is not connected to the hose. I don't like speed which seems to be the lower limit of variable speeds on a Dewalt variable speed grinder. Then the mill is a bit slow. The Ridgid grinder is better and actually rivals Bosch in quality and at a lower price.
