We are just using for our pool in the back. But still. I like the design and I really like the clasp it has an extra locking feature. And it seems to be working just fine for assisting with swimming. BUT I compared to the one we owned already and it doesnt have the same label saying it is approved. You can see from my photos the differences. I do see that this one is a bit bigger than the approved one and it has all the same floats it seems in the whole thing. And I do like the clip better than my old one. And it is a cute design. Just seems like it is an off brand and didn't go through the appropriate channels to get life guard approved. Even though it seems the same. Fits fine. The arms dont seem as stuffed but still decent
