I like that it's easy to set up, so you don't have to worry about configuring your own web server or software if using something else (eCommerce site). That was one of my biggest challenges getting setup initially with other products; not sure what they were doing in terms security but we had some issues when setting this product up at first - probably due just having no experience/knowledge ourselves! In general though there are plenty tutorials available online which walk through how things work step by step as well as help from support via their forums also offer great advice too!! Great tool once configured correctly :) We needed an automated system where customers could be notified automatically should any errors occur during our ecommerce checkout flow process.
