Let's start by saying I spend a small fortune on my back braces and pillows as I have back problems. So I know well when I'll get it. I'm 5'9" but my torso is about 3" longer than normal people. I have a large pillow and this is the first pillow that actually sits high enough on my back to not only support the bottom but give a little support on the top as well. My biggest criticism is the positioning of the strap. I work 8-10 hour shifts in an office chair and have back problems and ADHD so I move around a lot in my chair. This is a tall cushion and I have a gaming office chair that is slightly larger than a regular office chair. My constant movement combined with a strap that sits in the middle of the pillow lets me adjust it non-stop. . The large one should have a strap at the top and bottom to keep it in place. The belt begins to show signs of wear and loses its elasticity. I've had this pillow for a month now and I love it. I am currently considering whether I should order a second one for my sofa.
