I followed the instructions. 1) Connected to the iPad. 2) Installed the application. 3) Pushed back. He went through the steps to backup videos and 3940 pictures. I then connected it to my computer and opened Windows Explorer to view the files. There are about 320 files in the All Photos folder created on the flash drive. Of these 320 files, 62 are "jpg" files. Anything else is junk you can't open. "Video" folder is exactly the same. Epic failure. It looks like a piece of junk that destroyed all the photos and videos. I'll throw this in the trash.
