This pillow is well made and looks like it will last a long time. I had neck pain and haven't had them since I ordered them for my own bed. At first I thought they would be too harsh, but it seems that's what I need. I sleep on my side, not sure if that matters. The only issue I had was the delivery from UPS was left on the neighbor's porch 703 which is a long way from 708 and is the only house on the block. This issue in no way reflects on the seller or item, I'm just glad I had an honest neighbor who gave it to me! Good product and service from the seller!
