Ordered in April 2020. firstly it worked perfectly. Since October (literally 6 months later) the computer has been disconnected (means my secondary monitor no longer recognizes the input or output? I don't know, but the second monitor turns off in this case and my computer slows down in the process ). , and all windows on the second monitor move back to my laptop main monitor). This happens continuously throughout the day and without any movement of the cord, the laptop, the desk it's sitting on, or anything else. It's clearly not working properly anymore and to be honest it hasn't been used THAT much and has only been used for the purpose it was designed for so there's no reason it should already be broken. It's VERY inconvenient and annoying how often this happens randomly, and there doesn't seem to be any reason to suddenly stop working every time it happens. I seem to have already passed the May return window and the real company has no real guarantee of what I had to understand at first was sketchy. I also did not contact this company because I cannot find their website, so there is no clear way to contact them regarding this. All of this I find sketchy and unacceptable, not to mention how unacceptable it is that their product should last AT LEAST a year before any problems arise and cannot last more than 6 months.
