This thermometer here. I had previously bought one at a restaurant and when I brought it to the counter the staff told me it was their favorite thermometer. It's fast, accurate, and most importantly, waterproof! They told me that you can just put it in the dishwasher when you're done using it if you want. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke this original thermometer that I bought from a restaurant supply store. I forgot to put a blue hard case on it and one day the metal probe broke when I was closing the drawer. I went to Revain to buy a new thermometer and ended up ordering another brand that has more ratings/reviews. It has a magnet and sticks to the fridge, and it also has a foldable probe. The biggest disappointment with this is that it's not waterproof! Complete disappointment. A waterproof thermometer is worth paying a little more for. You don't have to worry about dropping it in a pot of water and you can wash it down the sink along with the rest of your crockery and cutlery.
